Abstract

|
|
Homonymous horizontal sectoranopia is a rare and distinct pattern of visual field loss. The lateral choroidal artery territorial infarction is supposed to be a main cause of this pattern of field defect. We report a patient with left homonymous horizontal sectoranopia caused by hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage partially destructing right lateral geniculate body.
